How to send quotes and estimates

Win the work — build professional estimates, share them online, and turn an acceptance into a scheduled job.

Steps

  1. Start a quote for the customer — Create a new estimate for a customer's property. It pulls in their verified address and service mix, so you're quoting against the right place and the right kind of work from the start.
  2. Build accurate pricing — Add line items for the services you're proposing. For landscape work, the built-in estimator uses industry production rates to help you price the job right instead of underbidding by feel.
  3. Send a professional, shareable quote — Send the customer a clean, branded estimate they can review online. It lays out exactly what's included and what it costs, so the decision is easy and you look like the professional you are.
  4. Let the customer accept online — Customers accept the quote right from the shared link or their portal — no back-and-forth phone tag. You're notified the moment they say yes.
  5. Turn the acceptance into scheduled work — An accepted quote can drop straight onto your calendar as a job, so the work you sold is booked without re-keying it. From there it routes to a crew and eventually becomes an invoice.
