How to use the AI Business Assistant
Ask for business help in plain language, review every proposed action, and approve changes only when they look right.
Steps
- Open Help & Support and choose AI — Open the help button in the bottom-right corner, then select the AI tab. The assistant is available to eligible Pro users after sign-in. If you see an upgrade message, the account or plan does not currently have access.
- Ask a specific question — Use plain language and include the customer's name, property, service, date, or amount when relevant. Examples: "Find the Johnson customer," "What is still unbilled this month?" or "Move Maria Garcia's visit from Tuesday to Thursday at 10 AM."
- Review proposed changes — For an estimate, invoice draft, reschedule, note update, or reminder, the assistant shows what it found and what it plans to do. Check the customer, dates, prices, terms, and message before approving. A draft is not sent or created until you approve it.
- Approve, skip, or correct — Approve a proposal when the details are correct, skip individual customers when they are not ready, or ask the assistant to correct the information. Unpriced visits are called out separately so you can set a price before creating an invoice.
- Use activity and history as a record — The AI tab keeps recent conversation history for your signed-in account, and the activity section shows approved actions such as drafted invoices, drafted estimates, rescheduled visits, note updates, and sent reminders. Treat the assistant as an operator aid and verify important financial or scheduling changes in the related page.
