Where does the money go?

Into your own accounts. Online card payments settle to your own connected Stripe account, and in-field Square payments settle to your Square account. TurfTechAdvisor records the payment against the invoice — it doesn't hold your funds.

Is the payment recorded against the right invoice automatically?

Yes. Whether the customer pays in the field by card reader or online by card, the payment is matched to the invoice and the status flips to paid, capturing the method and a reference number. That removes the manual step of marking invoices paid later from a stack of receipts.

Do I need a separate point-of-sale system?
