Crew members see their assigned stops for the selected day in the shared saved route order, with visit details, navigation for addressable stops, job clock controls, photos, and completion actions. They do not have to work through the owner’s full Calendar or billing settings.
Can an owner preview a selected employee’s crew dashboard?
Yes. On Crew Day, an owner can choose View as and select an active employee. The owner then sees that employee’s actual crew-facing surface for the selected date, including assigned stops, route order, and real On Shift or Off shift and running job-clock status. Preview clock controls are disabled.
Can crews keep a manual stop order instead of optimizing?
Yes. The dispatcher can keep the scheduled manual order, drag stops into a preferred sequence, or optimize when proximity-based routing is useful. The reviewed day order is shared with crew phones, and later schedule changes are not silently re-optimized.
