How to permanently delete your account and associated data.

Delete your account from the app

1. Sign in to TurfTechAdvisor in the mobile app or at turftechadvisor.com.
2. Go to Profile / Settings.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Type DELETE to confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately and permanently once confirmed.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your account and all associated business data from TurfTechAdvisor's active systems, including:

• Your profile and login credentials
• Customers and property records
• Jobs, schedules, and routes
• Chemical application and EPA records
• Quotes, invoices, and payment history stored in the app
• Job photos and notes

What we keep, and for how long

TurfTechAdvisor does not keep your deleted account or business records in its active database. Copies in routine encrypted system backups are aged out within 30 days and are not used except for disaster recovery.

Payment processors and other service providers may retain their own transaction records for the period required by tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or other applicable laws. Those records are governed by the provider's retention obligations and are not used by TurfTechAdvisor for any other purpose.
