Delete Your TurfTechAdvisor Account

How to permanently delete your TurfTechAdvisor account and associated business data.

Delete your account from the app

  1. Sign in to TurfTechAdvisor in the mobile app or at turftechadvisor.com.
  2. Go to Profile / Settings.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately and permanently once confirmed.

What gets deleted

Your profile, login credentials, customers, properties, jobs, schedules, routes, chemical application and EPA records, quotes, invoices, payment history stored in the app, job photos, and notes are removed from active systems.

What we keep, and for how long

Routine encrypted backup copies age out within 30 days. Payment processors may retain their own transaction records as required by applicable law.
