Steps

2. Group stops by area — See all of the day's stops on the map at once and group nearby properties together. Clustering work by neighborhood keeps drive legs short before you even optimize the order.
3. Optimize the driving order — Let TurfTechAdvisor calculate the most efficient sequence for the stops using real road drive times. One click reorders the day to minimize total time behind the wheel.
4. Review drive times and adjust — Check the estimated drive time between each stop and the total for the day. Drag any stop to fine-tune the order around appointment windows or customer preferences — the totals update as you go.
5. Send the route to your crew — Push the finished route to the assigned crew. They open their daily route in order, tap to navigate to each stop, and work down the list — no guessing about what's next.
