Steps

  1. Open the calendar — Head to Calendar to see scheduled treatment, mowing, landscaping, and task work. Use month view for the season, week view for exact time blocks, and day view for dispatch. Crew lanes, filters, and weather details help you plan the actual workday.
  2. Create a job and place it on a day — Add a visit or task for a customer's property, choose the service, and place it on the day you want it done. In week view you can drag a task to an exact start time, resize it to change its duration, or move it between crew lanes.
  3. Assign a crew and a time — Attach the job to a crew or team member and set a time window. Crews see only their assigned stops on their own dashboard, so everyone shows up with the right list for the day.
  4. Set up recurring visits — For mowing and repeating services, create a recurring schedule once and let the platform place every future visit on the calendar automatically — no re-entering the same stop every week.
  5. Let accepted quotes schedule themselves — When a customer accepts a quote, the work can drop straight onto the calendar without re-keying it. That closes the loop from estimate to scheduled job and keeps your calendar in sync with what you've sold.
