How to use marketing and lead tools

Capture new leads, follow up with the right customers, and keep every campaign tied to your account.

TurfTechAdvisor's Marketing group combines lead capture and customer outreach. Configure the reusable tools once, then manage incoming leads and send targeted announcements without exporting customer lists.

Steps

  1. Open Marketing Setup — From the sidebar, open Marketing → Marketing Setup. Configure the embeddable lead form, referral program, and review-request settings for your business. The lead form can be embedded on an external website and keeps submissions tied to the right region and follow-up flow.
  2. Review new leads — Open Marketing → Leads to see website submissions. Follow up with the contact, confirm the service address and requested work, and convert the lead into a customer when it is ready for scheduling or a quote.
  3. Send a targeted announcement — Open Marketing → Announcements to send one message to all active customers, a service-mix segment, or a hand-picked group. Use first-name or company merge fields, review the recipient count, and send only after checking the final message. Customer-tag audiences are shown as a future option but are not available yet.
  4. Monitor delivery and failed recipients — After sending, review the campaign history for provider-accepted, delivered, bounced, and failed recipients. Failed messages can be investigated and retried from the campaign history; do not assume that an attempted send means the customer received it.
  5. Use branded print tools when needed — Growth and Pro owners can open Marketing → Door Hangers to create a branded, print-ready design. Save a design before generating its PDF, and duplicate a design when you want a variation without overwriting the original.
