How to build a yearly treatment plan

Map the whole season once — build multi-round plans with automatic product, rate, and supply calculations.

Steps

  1. Start a new yearly plan — Open the plan builder and create a plan for the property or program you're laying out. Set the grass type and program intensity so the rounds and rates match the turf you're actually treating.
  2. Lay out the rounds — Add each round of the season — pre-emergent, fertilization, weed control, grub control, and more. Sequence them across the year so timing lines up with the seasons and the local pest and growth windows.
  3. Let the platform calculate products and rates — For each round, TurfTechAdvisor recommends products and calculates application rates based on the turf, soil, and program. You get research-based NPK guidance instead of guessing at the bag rate.
  4. Plan your supplies — Roll the whole plan up into a supply list so you know how much product to buy for the season. Order ahead with confidence instead of running short mid-round or over-buying chemical that expires.
  5. Put the plan to work — Schedule the rounds onto the calendar and let them flow to your crews. As each round is completed it feeds your records and invoicing, closing the loop from plan to paid.
